Shipping Policy

SHIPPING LOCATION :

We offer worldwide shipping service, if your country doesn't show up, please contact us. Please note that all cleaning products are only shipped within the US, Taiwan, HongKong and Macau. 

P.O. Box or APO/FPO/DPO and International delivery are not available now.

PROCESSING TIME :

We process orders within 3 business days and dispatch them from our warehouse.

Please note that during promotional periods, order processing times may be longer than specified above.

Our warehouse only operates on Monday – Friday during standard business hours, except on holidays. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

DELIVERY NOTIFICATION :

Once an order has been dispatched, a confirmation email containing all tracking details related to your online order will be sent to you.

If you haven't received our notification, be sure to check your spam folder. Alternatively, log in to HideFxxx to view your order.

Where your packaged will be sent from? 

Your package will be sent from China.

Delivery typically takes 5-20 business days (not including processing time) depending on your location. It's also related to the customs clearance policy of your country. Please be patient, it's on the way! 

ABOUT TAX：

To USA and other countries except EU:

In very rare cases, your government may impose customs duties on orders, our website already includes these fees. You won't need to pay any additional charges. But the delivery will be longer when your country establish strict import policy.

To EU:

Due to EU regulations, importing low-value goods from non-EU countries to EU member states requires additional taxes. These taxes are the responsibility of the consumer and will be displayed at the time of payment. The specific fees are in accordance with EU regulations. HideFxxx utilizes the Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) to handle these taxes, ensuring that you will not need to pay additional VAT upon delivery. This allows customs authorities to clear goods quickly, resulting in faster delivery to you.

TRACKING :

You will receive an email from contact@hidefxxx.net when your order has been shipped. A tracking number will be provided (the tracking number will be active within 24 hours). Please note: This may take longer during events or holidays.

Tracking information may take 48 to 72 hours to update.

If you cannot track your package normally, please contact us and we will resolve this issue within 48 hours.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS :

We can cancel the order for you if you contact us in time after your purchase. If your payment finished and the parcel is not shipped out, you can cancel your order before your item’s delivery. And we will refund full of your money.

Orders can't be canceled once the parcel is shipped out.
