2. Can I bring it on the airplane?

No, because it's a pressurized canister.

3. What kind of materials is it used for?

It can be used on shoes made of smooth leather, suede, mesh, canvas, patent leather, and painted leather materials.

4. How long does it protect my shoes?

If you wear your shoes every day, you should only need to reapply every 2-3 weeks.

5. How many uses does one bottle provide?

Almost 15 times.

6. Will it change or affect the colour of my kicks?

Absolutely no, once the spray dries it's completely invisible.

7. Will my shoes still be able to breathe?

The Spray doesn’t block the materials in any way, so yes; your shoes are free to breathe.

8. How should I store it?

Like most things that come in a can; a cool dry place away from any flames is fine.

9. My leather sneakers have a white residue on them, after applying the Spray, why is this?

This occurs by over saturation. If you spray too close to your leather sneakers, you may notice a white film on the surface. Leather isn’t a breathable material so the spray may not penetrate into it causing the buildup. If you do happen to make this mistake, don’t bother trying to wash it away with water, as HideFxxx Waterproof Spray is made to keep your sneakers safe from liquid. Rather, spray onto the leather again until it’s wet. While wet it will bond with the dry layer. Finally rub it all in with microfiber cloth to work it in, protecting your sneakers and removing any marks.

4. Shipping Location：

We offer worldwide shipping services, but please note that storage boxes and spray products are only shipped within the US.

P.O. Box or APO/FPO/DPO and International delivery are not available now.

5. Tracking：

You will receive an email from contact@hidefxxxusa.com when your order has been shipped. A tracking number will be provided (the tracking number will be active within 24 hours). Please note: This may take longer during events or holidays.

Tracking information may take 48 to 72 hours to update.

If you cannot track your package normally, please contact us and we will resolve this issue within 48 hours.

6. Order cancellations：

We can cancel the order for you if you contact us in time after your purchase. If your payment finished and the parcel is not shipped out, you can cancel your order before your item’s delivery. And we will refund full of your money.

Orders can't be canceled once the parcel is shipped out.
